There is no better time to start back on our goals of a Turbo Healthy Lifestyle than now! Let's burn off all those Holiday goodies together during the month of January.

Please join us at any of these classes. First time is free for anyone, after that $5 per class. Go to 10 classes get a class free!

As a part of the new year I am much more available for classes so keep checking in on the schedule to see what new things will be coming around this season!

I am starting my internship orientation this coming tuesday Oct. 13th. I will be downtown and it ends at 5:00pm. I will be rushing to turbo in order to make it on time. If I am late I sincerely apologize! I will be updating Tamara with my progress as soon as I'm on my way and hoping everything works out perfectly for me to make it on time!

Your commitment and dedication to Turbo Kick is so appreciated! I've loved getting to know you all and try to keep developing my turbo skilz! :)

Lisa will be leaving us all next week for Rocky Point! Not saying that I blame her.....Enjoy the beach!

This leaves us with 2 options. If someone is willing to Host for Tuesday (13th) that would save us from having it outside at Tramonto Park! Let me know if you are interested.

The perk of hosting is your workout comes to you and it's free!

Also, please remember that class will be canceled for Thurs. the 8th since Lisa is not in town to lead, and then Saturday I am taking my National Counselors Exam starting at 9, so unfortunately class will have to be canceled again! I wish I could avoid canceling 2 classes in a row...ugh! But unfortunately there's nothing that can be done!

Then plan on classes resuming as normal Tuesday, October 20th!

What is Turbo Kick?

Turbo Kick is a group excercise experience you will love! It is 60 minutes of high energy kickboxing that is actually fun and will leave you wanting more. In Turbo Kick no equipment is needed. I'm a 26 year old student who loves Turbo! I started going to Turbo regularly at the beginning of 2008 and have loved every minute of it. Turbo is how I maintain all the stress in my life. It's my time during the week that's just for me. I was recently presented with the opportunity of learning to teach Turbo Kick. I've recently tested to be a certified instructor and am anxiously awaiting the results.

Turbo Kick is the perfect fit for anyone looking for a high energy work out.
